About

I am a singer-songwriter, community musician, and therapeutic arts practitioner.

As a founding member of the pop band Itchy Teeth, I have toured Europe and the UK and released four albums. As a solo artist I have released five albums, created a range of videos and perform regularly.  I have also worked as a session musician and film composer. For example, I played guitar and keyboards in Danny Boyle’s Yesterday as part of Himesh Patel’s backing band.

I am passionate about community engagement.  I lead music workshops that foster creativity and connect people across generations, from preschoolers to seniors. Through Music4Wellbeing, I facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals with dementia and Parkinson’s, using music to nurture mental, physical, and emotional health.  My latest project, Sing from the Heart, is an intergenerational project where participants collaborate to write, record, and perform a song. The first iteration culminated in a live performance in Broadstairs. I am currently fundraising for part 2 of this project.
